circulsense.com. circulsense.com only sells and ships products to
end-user customers.
Only products purchased directly from circulsense.com are eligible
for returns and refunds under our policy. Products purchased through
other retailers must be returned according to their respective return
and refund policies.
Please note: To ensure that you find the most suitable size and
obtain accurate data and insights from your CIRCUL RING, we recommend
purchasing directly from our website.
Returns
What is the return policy for CIRCUL RING?
Please note that our policy does not support returns or exchanges
without valid reasons, and return requests must be made within 14
calendar days. If you have a valid reason to return the product you
purchased from circulsense.com, you can apply for a return and/or
refund within 14 calendar days. Valid reasons include:
- The product has defects or damages upon delivery.
- The delivered product is different from the color you
selected.
- The delivered product is significantly different from the
description provided when you placed the order.
To comply with our return policy, please ensure that:
- The returned product is in its original condition, unopened and
unused.
- If you find any defects, damages, or discrepancies with the
description in your return request, you can provide product photos to
support your claim.
- You can submit a return request to our customer service team within
14 calendar days after the delivery date using the provided contact
information. After submitting the return request, our customer service
team will review if the return meets the criteria. Once approved, you
will have 14 calendar days to return the product to us.
- The returned product should be repackaged together with all
accessories and documents included when you received it.
Please note:
Our policy does not support returns or exchanges without valid
reasons, and you will be responsible for all costs associated with
returning the product to us. Unless the return is due to defects,
damages, or non-compliance with specifications, and you have provided
photos and descriptions in your return request, no shipping fees,
handling fees, or taxes paid will be refunded.
What is the exchange policy for CIRCUL RING?
If the delivered product is in its original condition and unused, but
you want to exchange it for a different size or color, we recommend
submitting a return request to us and initiating a new order. You will
be responsible for all costs associated with returning the product to
us. Unless the return is due to defects, damages, or non-compliance
with specifications, and you have provided photos and descriptions in
your return request, no shipping fees, handling fees, or taxes paid
will be refunded.
Please note: In this case, the return policy applicable to "CIRCUL
RING's return policy" will apply.
What should I do if the product is damaged?
In rare cases, rough handling by the courier may cause the product to
be damaged. If this happens, please follow these steps:
- If possible, file a complaint directly with the delivery
representative of the courier before signing for the package. They
will guide you through the complaint procedure.
- If you have already signed for the package, take photos to document
the damage and contact the local office of the courier to file a
complaint. Depending on the courier's policy, you may be eligible for
compensation.
- After you become aware of the damage, please contact our customer
service team, providing your order number and a detailed description
and photos of the damaged product. We will contact the courier. If the
courier provides compensation for this, we will refund it to
you.
Please note that each courier may have its own compensation
policy.
Can I return my ring if I don't have the original packaging?
We recommend using the original packaging or any appropriate
packaging to protect the returned product.
Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it for any
damages, contamination, wear and tear, or missing parts. If any of
these issues are found, we reserve the right to determine the
devaluation of the product and deduct the corresponding amount from
the refund.
Can I still return or exchange without the original order
number?
Unfortunately, we cannot process your return or exchange request if
you cannot provide the original order number.
To find your order number, you can log in to your "My Account" or
search for the order confirmation email sent when you purchased or
received the CIRCUL RING as a gift. If you still cannot find it,
please contact our team at service@circulsense.com and provide the
email address used for placing the order, the current ring model and
size, and any other relevant details.
Please note: If the ring is a gift, the email address used for
placing the order may belong to the person who purchased it on your
behalf. Additionally, refunds can only be issued to the original
payment method used for the purchase.
Can I cancel a paid order?
You can cancel a paid order before the purchased product is packaged
and ready for shipment. Please submit a cancellation request to our
customer service team using the provided contact information. Upon
receiving your cancellation request, we will initiate the refund
immediately.
Refunds
What is the refund policy for CIRCUL RING?
A full refund means you will receive a refund of the total amount of
your order. If you return the product according to "CIRCUL RING's
return policy," you are entitled to a full refund.
However, you may be eligible for a partial refund if any of the
following conditions are met:
- If we find any damages, contamination, wear and tear, or missing
parts when inspecting the returned product, we may decide the
devaluation amount and deduct it from the full refund, unless these
issues were previously declared in your return request.
- If we provide bundled products or gifts, to receive a full refund,
we recommend returning all bundled products and gifts. If you are
unable to do so, you may need to compensate us accordingly, or we may
deduct the corresponding amount from your refund.
Please note: You will be responsible for all costs associated with
returning the product to us unless the return is due to defects,
damages, or non-compliance with specifications, and you have provided
photos and descriptions in your return request.
How long does it take to process a return or exchange?
For any return requests that comply with "CIRCUL RING's return
policy," we will initiate the refund immediately upon receiving the
returned product. The refund will be processed through the original
payment method used and may take up to 30 calendar days from the
receipt of the returned product or the proof of return provided by
you.
Can a deposit be held on a credit card?
Unfortunately, we cannot hold a deposit on a credit card.
Can I receive a refund on a different credit card or bank
account?
Please note that the refund will only be processed through the
original payment method used. We cannot issue the refund to a
different credit card or bank account.
What should I do if I don't see the refund transaction on my
account?
Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear on the
account you used for the purchase, depending on your bank's processing
time. If you do not see the refund transaction within a week after
receiving our confirmation email, please contact your bank. You can
also seek assistance from our team at service@circulsense.com.
Warranty
How long is the warranty service provided by CIRCUL RING?
All original components of new products are covered by a warranty
service for one year after the delivery date in non-European Economic
Area (EEA) countries, and two years in European Economic Area (EEA)
countries. Claims must be directly made to CIRCUL under this warranty
and require proof of purchase. The warranty applies to the original
owner and is transferable to subsequent owners. If the damage is
caused by our craftsmanship defects, CIRCUL will repair, replace, or
refund.
The warranty does not cover the following:
- Improper or negligent use, operation, or modification.
- Maintenance contrary to the product's maintenance instructions
(e.g., lack of care).
- Normal wear and tear.
- All rechargeable batteries are consumable items with limited
lifespans, so their capacity and performance will gradually decrease
over time. Therefore, battery replacement is not included in our
standard warranty policy.
- Damage or defects caused by accidents.
What should I do if my package shows as delivered but I haven't
received it?
The package may have been delivered to your front door or signed for
by your neighbor. We recommend verifying with your neighbor first.
Alternatively, you can contact the courier using your tracking number.
If possible, please check and provide any supporting photos or
documents to us, as this may help resolve the issue.
